How to Make DIY Pipe Cleaner Wreaths: Step-by-Step
Step 1: Create the Coils
Take four pipe cleaners and wrap each one tightly around a pen or pencil to form a coil shape. Slide them off the pen carefully so the coils stay intact.
Step 2: String the Coils Together
Take a fifth, straight pipe cleaner and carefully thread all four coiled pipe cleaners onto it. Push them together toward one end so they’re snug but still flexible.
Step 3: Form the Wreath Shape
Take one end of the straight pipe cleaner and thread it through the other end, where the coiled pipe cleaners start. Pull gently to shape it into a circle.
Step 4: Adjust and Secure the Wreath
Arrange the coils evenly around the circle to get your desired wreath shape. Once you’re happy with how it looks, either cut off the extra pipe cleaner or wrap the ends around the wreath to blend in with the coils.
