The hardest part about this is finding those pieces and a price point that you can turn around and make a profit. It can be done. I have done it a few times. Those pieces are just harder to find at a price point that leaves room for a profit on the other side.

This is a great way to make money flipping furniture. If you can offer custom work to furniture pieces, people will pay a premium for that. Once you start flipping furniture, you will find that people will reach out to you and ask if you can makeover/paint/refinish a piece they have.
