WOW! Our Flip House Final Reveal is finally here! I can’t believe I’m writing this post already. We started on this house on June 1st, and I am writing this at the beginning of October. This one took us a bit longer than we normally take because we worked with some outside contractors and companies on some of it, so that added a lot more to our timeline. When we bought this house, it was full of stuff. The previous owners only took what they wanted for their new home, leaving behind so many treasures. The house hadn’t been touched since it was built in 1966. We were so excited to breathe new life into it.
For those of you who are like me and love to watch what people are finding inside house projects like this, I shared most of our finds in a lot of videos on YT. Find one of the videos HERE. Make sure to SUBSCRIBE when we are there. I am launching new videos every week!
In this flip house final reveal, I’ll be sharing all the updates and improvements we made throughout the project. I’ve also linked to past posts so you can get all the details, tips, and product links if you’re flipping a home yourself or want to try any of these ideas in your own space.

The Before Tour When We Bought The House
You can see the final walk-through in my video HERE.
Make sure you check out the before photos of this flip house; the transformation is incredible! There were so many small updates we tackled that I didn’t cover on the blog. From tree work that ended up costing thousands over budget to power washing and cleaning that made a huge difference, this house had a lot of hidden work.
Since the home hadn’t been painted since it was built in 1966, we painted every single surface to freshen it up. We also added a half bath in the basement, and during the project, the water heater went out, which we had to add to the budget. On top of that, we had to lift the garage floor, which was sagging on one side, a costly fix!
I’ve shared many of these little behind-the-scenes updates on my Instagram page, so make sure you’re following me for extra short-form content, tips, and sneak peeks of projects like this. Check it out HERE!
Here are some more final photos of this house. We are so proud to have completed another one. We don’t have our next one in the works yet, but we hope to be sharing another flip house project with you soon!
