When we began working on our latest flip house, one of our top priorities was updating the lighting and installing a couple of ceiling fans throughout the house. We have Hunter Fan Co. ceiling fans in our own home, so sharing the Best Hunter Fan Co. Ceiling Fans and Lighting is easy to do.

Ceiling Fans That Make a Difference
The right ceiling fan can transform a room, both visually and functionally. This flip is a lot like our own house. It is a split-level house. Having a ceiling fan in the entry of a house like this helps with air flow all year round. It can bring the cooler air from the lower level upstairs in the warmer months and push the warmer air from the top level downstairs in the cooler months. That alone improved the front curb appeal, and the new lighting on both the front and back creates welcoming, safe, and stylish areas for day and night.
