Traditional  Dresser Makeover

I hit the furniture jackpot last month at the thrift store. I found FOUR dressers in one store! That never happens. This is the makeover of one of those dressers.

This dresser had a lot going for it. It was a great size and had a ton of detail but it needed some TLC and a new makeover to make it look amazing again.

Steps For The Makeover:

A good cleaning!

Patch Holes & Veneer

Next step was to sand the filler and also give the entire piece a scuff sanding.

I sanded the front legs down to bare wood so I could stain them and paint the rest of the dresser.

I tried a new paint color on this piece! It is a beautiful color!

I used hardware we had on hand and look at this piece now! It doesn't even look like the same piece!
